Admissibility criteria

For an application to be admissible, applicants must provide the following:

• A manually completed application form. The application form shall be signed and submitted within the stipulated deadline. Applications are submitted within six months, and for sailors during the performance of their duties, within nine months before the intended visit starts, and, as a rule, no later than fifteen calendar days before the intended visit starts.
• Travel document with validity that extends at least three months after the intended date of departure from the territory of Cyprus or, in the case of several visits, after the last intended date of departure from the territory of Cyprus. It shall contain at least two blank pages; It shall have been issued within the previous 10 years.
• Biometric data.
  Biometric data are, in principle, to be collected every 59 months, starting from the date of the first collection.
• Visa fee.
