  • The fee is charged in cash Belarusian rubles at the rate set monthly by the Treasury of the Republic of Cyprus.
  • In case of visa refusal, visa and other fees are not refunded.
  • Any additional services provided by BLS International are optional and, therefore, incur an additional fee in addition to the general service fee. The Embassy and Consulates General are not responsible for any additional costs associated with optional services offered by BLS International.
